We offer specialised residential care to persons with visual impairments in facilities that provide reasonable accommodation – specifically adapted to their needs as well as supported living apartments. The level of care is determined by the individuals specific care and medical needs.
Supported living (AS Cronjé, Binnehof and James Murray) – where families live independently and integrate into the community, but they still have full access to IftB’s support services.
De Villiers Home – a residential care facility for men with visual impairments. Persons in this facility are able to perform certain tasks independently, but still need some form of support and assistance.
Jack Pauw Home – a residential care facility for women and married couples with visual impairments. Persons in this facility are able to perform certain tasks independently, but still need some form of support and assistance.
Ebenhaezer Home – residential care facility for persons with visual impairments as well as additional disabilities. Persons in this residential facility need 24/7 support and physical and medical care.
Brevis Home – residential care facility for elderly persons with and without visual impairments.
